Bitrix24 integration

To integrate with Bitrix24, contact your administrator to enable this function.

Then proceed to activate it by following the steps below:

1. Install the integration from the Bitrix market.

Important: the installation of the Bitrix Marketplace extension must be done at least one day apart from the activation of the integration in the PBX platform. If more than a day passes between installing the Bitrix Marketplace extension and activating the integration, you will need to reinstall the extension from the Bitrix Marketplace.

2. Access the vPBX administration panel.

3. In the panel, go to the Integrations section to enable the Bitrix24 integration.

4.  When you click on enable, you will be redirected to the activation window. Here you should indicate the URL of the portal where you are accessing Bitrix24.

5. By clicking on activate you will be directed to the Bitrix24 authentication window.

6. If everything went well, you will be redirected to the integration configuration window. Here you should configure the relationship between Bitrix24 users and vPBX extensions, so that we can know which extension each user works with.
